founder J.R. Hipple has two decades of experience as an advisor
to senior management. He is a problem solver and communications
strategist who has counseled executives and managers on a variety
of public relations and change management communications, including:

disputes and government legislation

and instilling new values systems
rescuing
declining brands
launching
new product lines and start-up companies
His
clients have included leaders like Nextel, Corning, AT&T Wireless
affiliate SunCom, Wyeth/Advil, The University of Virginia, ITT
Industries, Proctor Silex/Hamilton Beach, Yamaha, and CTIA (Cellular
Telecommunications and Internet Association), Bon Secours Health
System, and the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.
Hipple
has held positions as president and co-founder of one of the nation’s
top 30 public relations firms, managing director of PR for a division
of Lintas, and executive director of a non-profit agency. He is
a recipient of a Silver Anvil and a Bronze Anvil from PRSA, SABRE
Awards, and PRWeek Awards. He also holds an M.S. in public relations
from Boston University and a B.S. in business from Miami University. Hipple
is a member of the board of directors of the Southern Institute
for Business and Professional Ethics (www.southerninstitute.org)
and The Community Foundation Serving Richmond & Central Virginia
(www.tcfrichmond.org).
His professional memberships include: The Reputation Institute,
PRSA, the Counselors Academy of PRSA and the Diversity Special
